At OmniKOKO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure all items delivered meet your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was delivered.
A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or custom-made items, unless the fault was ours.
Items marked “final sale”
Opened or used baby care items (e.g. bottles, toiletries)
Installed solar products (unless defective)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.
Delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We only replace items if:
They are defective or damaged on arrival.
You received the wrong item.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
